- Account information, such as your account identifier, username, login contact details handled by our authentication provider, profile image, and account status.
- Public profile information, such as display name, headline, bio, location text, profile links, social/contact links, and other profile content you choose to publish.
- Order and delivery information, such as customer name, phone number, shipping area, shipping address, ordered products, order status, order notes, and shipping tracking reference where available.
- Product activation information, such as product unit identifiers, activation status, QR/NFC link type, product destination type, and safe destination URL where you set one.
- Usage and analytics information, such as page views, store events, profile visits, profile link clicks, QR/NFC redirect visits, referrer, browser language, user agent, approximate client IP when available from server requests, timestamps, and device/browser context.
- Support and communication information, such as WhatsApp messages, emails, order follow-ups, and customization instructions you send us.
- Operational audit information, such as selected account, order, activation, admin, and inventory actions needed for security, support, and operational history.

Your public profile is designed to be public. Information you publish on your profile may be visible to anyone with the profile link and may be indexed, shared, copied, or stored by visitors, search engines, browsers, or third-party apps.
Do not publish private information that you do not want visitors to see.

7. Shipping companies
When delivery is needed, we may share the customer name, phone number, address, area, and delivery details with third-party shipping companies so they can deliver the order and contact the customer.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including account operation, order records, warranty/support, security, analytics, audit history, and legal or business records. Some analytics and audit rows are append-only operational records.
9. Your choices
You can update many profile fields from your dashboard. You can contact us to ask about your data, request correction, request account help, or ask for deletion where possible.
