Customer Policies
Shipping, exchange, warranty, custom product, and defect policies for Waslah.me products.
1. Coverage
These policies apply to physical products sold by Waslah.me, including NFC cards, rings, wristbands, keychains, QR products, and similar smart products.
2. Delivery areas
Current delivery coverage is the West Bank, Israel, and Jerusalem, unless we agree otherwise.
We use third-party shipping companies or delivery providers. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of courier operations, address accuracy, holidays, weather, checkpoints, or other factors outside our control.
3. No returns for change of mind
Waslah does not offer returns for change of mind.
Exchanges may be available under the rules below.
4. Exchange window
Standard, non-custom products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, clean, and in good condition.
- The product is not scratched, broken, damaged, or misused by the customer.
- The product was not specially printed, customized, engraved, or personalized for the customer.
- The customer contacts Waslah within the 7-day window and follows the exchange instructions.
Products with standard Waslah QR codes are considered standard products unless they were specially customized for the customer.
5. Custom products
Customized products are not returnable and not exchangeable unless the issue was caused by Waslah.
Customized products include products with special customer printing, personalization, engraving, custom design, or any customer-specific production work.
6. Exchange cost and price differences
For customer-requested exchanges:
- The customer pays delivery costs related to the exchange.
- If the replacement product is more expensive, the customer pays the price difference.
- If the replacement product is cheaper, Waslah does not return the remaining difference as cash.
- If the remaining difference can cover delivery or part of delivery, Waslah may deduct it from the delivery cost.
- Any remaining amount after that is not refunded.
7. Problems caused by Waslah
If the product is wrong, defective, damaged before delivery, misprinted by us, or has an issue caused by Waslah, we will arrange a suitable solution.
Depending on the case, the solution may be repair, replacement, exchange, or return of the affected item amount if suitable stock is not available.
For issues caused by Waslah, we cover the related delivery cost.
8. Problems caused by the customer
Products are not exchangeable or returnable if the issue was caused by customer misuse, accidental damage, scratches, breakage, improper handling, water/heat/pressure exposure outside normal use, unauthorized modification, or damage after delivery.
9. Warranty
Waslah provides a 1-year warranty for issues not caused by customer misuse.
The warranty covers:
- NFC failure where the customer did not cause the failure.
- Waslah printing issues.
- Product defects or faults caused by Waslah or normal product failure, not misuse.
The warranty does not cover:
- Scratches, breakage, or cosmetic damage caused by the customer.
- Misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or physical damage after delivery.
- Damage caused by water, heat, pressure, chemicals, or other conditions outside normal use.
- Loss or theft.
10. Warranty delivery costs
For valid warranty issues:
- During the first month after delivery, Waslah covers delivery costs.
- After the first month and until the end of the 1-year warranty, the customer covers delivery costs.
11. How to request an exchange or warranty review
Contact us with:
- Order name or order reference if available.
- Phone number used for the order.
- Product photos or videos showing the issue.
- A short description of what happened.

12. Final review
Waslah reviews each exchange, defect, and warranty request based on the product condition, order details, evidence provided, and whether the issue was caused by Waslah, shipping, normal failure, or customer misuse.
