The basic terms for buying and using Waslah.me physical NFC and QR products.
1. Who we are
Waslah.me is operated as an individual/sole business in Palestine. In these terms, "Waslah", "Waslah.me", "we", "us", and "our" refer to that business.

2. What we sell
Waslah sells physical NFC and QR products such as cards, rings, wristbands, keychains, and similar smart products. These products can open a Waslah public profile or another allowed destination when tapped or scanned.
Waslah does not currently sell subscriptions. Any account, dashboard, profile, activation, or analytics feature is provided to support the physical products.
3. Accounts and profiles
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the information you publish on your public profile.
You must not use Waslah to publish illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unsafe content. We may restrict, suspend, or remove access where needed to protect users, visitors, Waslah, or legal compliance.
4. Product activation and destinations
Each product may include a QR/NFC link and an activation code. You are responsible for keeping activation codes private until the product is activated.
External destinations must use safe web links. We may block or reject unsafe destinations, including links using unsupported or harmful schemes.
5. Orders, prices, and availability
Prices are shown in Israeli Shekels (ILS) unless stated otherwise. Product availability may change before an order is confirmed.
We may contact you to confirm order details, delivery details, customization details, or availability. If a product is unavailable because of our mistake and no suitable exchange is available, we may cancel the affected item and arrange a return of the amount paid for that unavailable item.
6. Shipping
We deliver through third-party shipping companies or delivery providers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by area, courier capacity, weather, holidays, checkpoints, address accuracy, and other factors outside our control.
Current delivery coverage is the West Bank, Israel, and Jerusalem, unless we agree otherwise.
7. Exchanges, defects, and warranty
Our customer policies for exchange, delivery-cost responsibility, custom products, defects, and warranty are part of these terms. Please read the Policies page before ordering.
8. Third-party services
Waslah uses third-party tools and service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, database/backend services, analytics, error monitoring, marketing tags, WhatsApp communication, and shipping. These providers process information only for the relevant service purpose, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.
9. Intellectual property
Waslah names, logos, designs, website content, product copy, and software are owned by Waslah or licensed to us. You may not copy, misuse, resell, or reverse engineer them except where we clearly allow it.
You keep responsibility for content you add to your profile or send to us for customization. You confirm that you have the right to use that content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Waslah is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, third-party platform downtime, shipping delays outside our control, or misuse of a product after delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights related to defective goods or hidden defects under applicable consumer protection rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when our products, website, tools, or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows the latest version.
12. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws and rules in Palestine, unless another mandatory law applies.
